Soumya Dasgupta is a senior associate in Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas’ dispute resolution practice. He has significant experience in advising and representing clients in a wide variety of contentious litigation and arbitration matters, as well as non-contentious advisory, concerning civil and commercial disputes, shareholders’ disputes, white-collar crime, intellectual property rights, employment disputes and regulatory affairs. He regularly appears before a range of courts and tribunals across India, including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and statutory tribunals, and arbitral tribunals constituted ad hoc and under institutional frameworks.
