About Shaneen Parikh

Shaneen Parikh is a partner and the head of international arbitration at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. She regularly acts in complex (often cross-border) post-M&A, private equity and shareholder disputes. She has represented clients in several sectors and in relation to disputes arising out of commercial contracts, financial and structured products, infrastructure, construction and real estate projects, and media/intellectual property. Shaneen has been recognised by legal publications. She is a dual-qualified lawyer in India and England and Wales and is also a registered foreign lawyer with the Singapore International Commercial Court. Among other accolades, she has been appointed on the Council of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration.
