About Rashmi Pradeep

Rashmi Pradeep is head of the employment practice at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, and head of the South Region (Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad). With over 22 years’ experience, she is an expert in the field of employment laws, advising extensively on the structuring of incentive packages for employees, founders, directors and advisers, across sectors and for listed and unlisted companies. Rashmi is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, India, and has been recognised by Chambers and Partners in six consecutive years, including in Band 1 for 2025.
