About Vikram Shah

Vikram Shah is a principal associate in Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas’ dispute resolution practice. He has wide experience in representing clients in white-collar matters, commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitrations (ad hoc as well as institutional arbitrations) and related court proceedings. He has also represented various entities and their directors in criminal proceedings before various courts, and conducted internal investigations pertaining to potential fraud, corruption and other criminal offences for various multinational corporations. Vikram's arbitration experience spans a broad spectrum of industries, encompassing telecommunications, power, energy, construction and private equity.
