About Johannes Hadi

Johannes Hadi is skilled in handling complex commercial disputes and white-collar criminal cases at ETLLP. Johannes has had notable success before the Court of Appeal and has achieved high-profile acquittals. His high-profile white-collar cases include an insider trading matter with links to Oriental Group Limited and an international trade fraud concerning Tradenation Pte Ltd. Johannes has also defended top-level executives from Aoxing Ship Management Singapore Pte Ltd and SingPost in separate corruption-related matters. Johannes is co vice-chairperson of the Criminal Practice Committee of the Law Society of Singapore. He graduated from University College London and the London School of Economics.
