About Ng Yuan Siang

Ng Yuan Siang of ETLLP is a lawyer skilled in both civil and criminal litigation. Since graduating magna cum laude from Singapore Management University, he has been involved in numerous important criminal matters and complex civil cases. These include the landmark decision of PP v Soo Cheow Wee [2024] 3 SLR 972. He has also acted for entities and persons within a global commodities group in two worldwide disputes, concerning alleged sums totalling more than USD600 million, a high-profile white-collar criminal matter relating to the Bellagraph Nova Group. He is presently acting for the alleged mastermind behind the “world’s largest botnet” in extradition proceedings.
