About Manuel Elias Tron

Manuel Elias Tron has ample experience in both domestic and international tax law; he has practiced tax law advising and representing individual and corporate taxpayers for almost 40 years. He has been advisor on matters concerning international taxation for the Mexican Revenue Service (SAT), the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, the Supreme Court, and the Committees on Public Finance of both the Federal House of Representatives and the Senate in Mexico. He was worldwide President of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) for two terms, between 2009 and 2013; at the end of his presidency, he was appointed lifetime Honorary President.
