Patrick “Gus” Cochran
is an associate at Ciresi Conlin whose practice focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation. Gus represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts nationwide and has played central roles in high-stakes trade secret cases, including managing discovery, briefing and arguing dispositive motions, and taking and defending key fact and Rule 30(b)(6) depositions.
