About Ayan Sharma

Ayan Sharma leads the policy and advocacy in the technology, media and communications practice group at BTG Advaya. He has worked and engaged in extensive advisory and legislative drafting for several central government ministries, specifically in the field of ICT and digital markets. His advisory work extends to advising leading domestic and international content platforms, online gaming entities, online travel aggregators and social media platforms on regulatory and policy matters. Ayan graduated from University of Delhi, Campus Law Centre and completed his Masters at the University of California Los Angeles, School of Law.
