About Kalindhi Bhatia

Kalindhi Bhatia is a principal associate in the technology, media and communications practice group at BTG Advaya, and advises clients on laws relating to internet regulation, data privacy, digital payments, online content, fintech and e-commerce. She also has experience in general corporate advisory and has advised clients on investing and setting up new businesses in India. Her clients are established companies in the FMCG, social media, travel, telecoms and payment solutions sectors, and are primarily based out of Europe, South-East Asia and the USA. Kalindhi graduated in law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, and worked with the Aditya Birla Group prior to joining BTG Advaya.
