Prashant Daga is an associate in the technology, media and communications practice group at BTG Advaya. He has contributed to advising clients on laws relating to internet regulations, data privacy, telecommunication, digital payments, online gaming, corporate compliance, medical devices, food and beverage regulations, fintech, advertising and consumer protection. Prashant also supports the public policy and advocacy outreach efforts of the firm, and assists in keeping clients updated with the evolving regulatory regime in various sectors. He graduated from the University of Mumbai Law Academy, with a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree.
