About Eran Gandman

Eran Gandman is a partner at Or-Hof Law who advises technology companies on privacy, AI governance, IP, and corporate law. He guides clients through global frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act, DSA, and more, developing compliance programs that balance legal rigour with business agility. He also manages Israeli corporate matters, including financing rounds and licensing agreements. Admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2021, Eran holds an LLB from Hebrew University and is certified as a CIPP/E and CIPM by the IAPP. He co-chairs the IAPP Tel Aviv KnowledgeNet Chapter, helping clients operate globally while maintaining practical operational compliance.
