Călin Stan is a partner in the Tax Policy and Controversy team at Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and has significant expertise in a broad range of dispute resolution matters. Since 2012, his practice has focused on tax litigation, successfully assisting clients in numerous high-profile and complex cases related to VAT, corporate income tax, and international taxation issues. Călin is also involved in several innovative mutual agreement procedure cases under both the EUAC and the Tax Dispute Settlement Directive, and is a frequent speaker at tax and tax controversy-focused events in Romania.
