About Emanuel Băncilă

Emanuel Băncilă is a partner in Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL and leads the tax controversy practice in Romania. During a career spanning almost two decades, he has developed a high profile in tax dispute resolution and has special expertise in tax planning, negotiating with the tax authorities, and assisting clients in challenging tax decisions and inspection minutes issued by the tax authorities before national courts of law and the European Court of Justice. Emanuel is constantly listed in the Leading Individuals category for Tax Controversy by numerous international publications, and is a member of the Bucharest Bar.
