About Olimpia Farcas

Olimpia Farcas is mainly involved in tax controversy and dispute resolution. Her experience includes providing advice and representation in commercial (contracts between professionals), administrative and fiscal, insolvency, company law and consumer protection litigation. Prior to joining Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL, Olimpia collaborated with a national prestigious law firm in Bucharest for more than five years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law with the Bucharest University – Law Faculty (2010) and a master’s degree in Tax Law with the same faculty (2015). Olimpia speaks English, French and Romanian.
