About Kosuke Masuda

Kosuke Masuda completed his Juris Doctor in 2018 at Kyoto University and is registered to practise before the Supreme Court of Japan. He has been with SHUSAKU·YAMAMOTO since 2019 and his expertise spans trade mark and intellectual property litigation, unfair competition, corporate governance, and compliance. He is also adept in handling international commercial transactions and litigation, as well as providing comprehensive tax advisory and counselling services. Kosuke has published several articles in leading IP law journals, such as The Journal of E-Commerce, Technology and Communications and European Intellectual Property Review.
