Laarni Vinas (Lani) is the legal director of SHUSAKU·YAMAMOTO and is a triple-qualified lawyer in the Philippines, New York State, USA, and England and Wales. Lani manages a team of more than 100 legal professionals, associates and technology specialists who handle the IP portfolios and digital assets of blue-chip Fortune 500 corporations, universities, governments and venture capital firms. She serves as a representative director of Women in Law Japan and is also an adjunct professor at Hitotsubashi University and a senior lecturer at the University of the Philippines. She has spoken at numerous conferences and events, including in Japan, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Cambodia, Australia, the UK, USA and Canada.
