About Collette Awano

Collette Awano is a legal assistant at Engoru, Mutebi Advocates. She holds a Diploma in Legal Practice (Bar Course), Law Development Centre, Kampala and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) (Hons) from Makerere University. She is part of the team that has advised a leading fund in the medical service space on an investment in the sum of USD800,000. She was also part of the team that advised an energy company on the legal framework governing distributed generation in Uganda.
