About Evelyn Maria Nakigudde

Evelyn Maria Nakigudde is a junior associate at Engoru, Mutebi Advocates. She holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala, a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Taxation and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B.) (Hons) from the Uganda Christian University, Mukono. She has recently advised a multinational corporation on its tax structuring and compliance requirements relevant to market entry into Uganda and an EPC contractor on its local content requirements. She handles corporate transactions and has a keen interest in private equity and venture capital work streams.
