Timothy Kajja
is an associate partner at Engoru, Mutebi Advocates, a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a FIFA-licensed agent. He holds an LLM from the University of Dar es Salaam. He serves as a lecturer of law at Uganda Christian University, Kampala International University, and Kyambogo University. Mr Kajja also serves as the chairperson of the Young African Leaders in Sports (YALS) Forum and published the first book on sports law in East and Central Africa. Timothy represented the first Ugandan to win a case at the FIFA tribunal. He coined the first sublicensing structure of the FA English Premier League live-audio broadcasting rights in East and Central Africa.
