Craig Friedel is a partner at Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman focusing on trust and estate litigation and private wealth and family office services. He represents beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and creditors in complex disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty, undue influence, and fraud. A third-generation Nevadan, Craig graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University and earned his law degree on a full scholarship from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Craig serves as Secretary of the Legislative Committee of the State Bar of Nevada's Probate and Trust Law Section, which works to keep Nevada a top jurisdiction for high-net-worth individuals.
