About Brian K. Steadman

Brian K. Steadman is a partner of Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman and a nationally recognised private wealth attorney focusing on complex tax, trust, estate, business planning and asset protection. He advises clients on a wide range of estate tax and charitable planning strategies, including trusts, foundations and decanting. Brian also counsels business owners on entity formation, mergers, acquisitions, buy-sell agreements and succession planning.
