About Jeffrey Luszeck

Jeffrey Luszeck is a partner at Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman focusing on trust and estate litigation, business litigation, administration and guardianship. He represents heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, and fiduciaries in complex disputes involving undue influence, incapacity, fraud, and more. Jeff has extensive litigation and appellate experience, including a major victory involving USD500 million in trust proceeds from the Kelley Blue Book sale. He has successfully argued before the Nevada Supreme Court on spendthrift trusts.
