Daniel Tejada Plana
joined Corporate Defense in 2018. He previously worked for three years in the dispute resolution/international arbitration department at Uría Menéndez. Daniel graduated in law and business administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2014). He also holds a master's degree in criminal law from the same university (2018) and postgraduate degrees in compliance and criminal compliance from Universidad Carlos III (2020) and Universidad de Castilla La Mancha (2018) and a specialisation in criminal law from the Madrid Bar Association (2020). In September 2020, he published a monograph on internal investigations, co-operation and nemo tenetur.
