John Sunday Okeluwe of Bloomfield LP is a transactional lawyer with experience of advising Nigerian and international clients on cutting-edge corporate and financing transactions, including assisting multinationals and international investors in navigating the African business terrain. He also advises lenders and borrowers (including sponsors) on different models of financing, ranging from asset finance, acquisition finance, Islamic finance, leverage finance, and bilateral and syndicated lending. John holds an LLM from Frankfurst’s Institute for Law and Finance and was a visiting lawyer at White and Case LLP’s Frankfurt office, where he advised EU clients on English and EU laws in relation to financing, infrastructure, investments, structured finance, and derivative deals.
