is a partner in the firm's public and natural resources group. In addition to his undergraduate degree, Rodrigo has a graduate diploma in environmental law. His practice focuses on strategic advice for the environmental assessment of investment projects in areas such as mining, energy, infrastructure and agribusiness. Additionally, he advises clients in the administrative and judicial defence of these types of projects. He was vice minister and head of the Legal Division of the Ministry of the Environment and also a member of the Presidential Advisory Commission for the study of a reform to Chile's environmental impact assessment system.
