About Nicholas Ngo

Nicholas Ngo is an associate director in TSMP’s employment and labour team. He is frequently engaged by multinationals, listed companies, small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups to advise on employment, labour and data privacy matters. Nicholas also handles a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes and arbitrations. His experience includes shareholder, insolvency, investment, employment and labour, harassment and tenancy disputes. Nicholas has also co-authored, with Ian Lim and Elizabeth Tan, several chapters on Singapore employment matters for online international law publications.
