About Nicholas Ngo

Nicholas Ngo is a director in TSMP’s employment and labour team, advising multinationals, listed companies, SMEs and start-ups on employment, labour and data privacy matters. His experience includes corporate and commercial disputes, including shareholder, insolvency, investment, employment, harassment and tenancy disputes. Nicholas also brings expertise in AI, tech and data law. Clients describe Nicholas as one who “thinks outside the box” and an “emerging talent”.
