About Stasia Ong

Stasia Ong is an associate in TSMP’s employment and labour team. Her practice spans a broad spectrum of employment-related matters and covers all stages of employment. She has advised and represented multinationals and C-suite executives on employment-related disputes, workplace fairness and discrimination, investigations and restrictive covenants. Stasia has also advised on employment issues in billion-dollar transactional matters, immigration law, personal data protection, cybersecurity and AI. She has assisted on pro bono matters for foreign construction and domestic workers in relation to appeals against the decision of the Employment Claims Tribunal, salary-related claims, work injury compensation claims and criminal charges.
