About Sarah Chu

Sarah Chu is a senior litigation counsel in the Washington, DC office of Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight. Sarah’s practice is focused on qui tam matters under the False Claims Act. She was part of the legal team that represented the whistle-blower in a qui tam case against a vitamin importer which resulted in the largest-ever whistle-blower settlement in US history for customs fraud. Sarah also represents whistle-blower clients exposing healthcare fraud, securities fraud and government procurement fraud. She has extensive knowledge of whistle-blower law as it relates to the new frontier of digital fraud.
