About Bryan Tan

Bryan Tan is a counsel in Mayer Brown PK Wong & Nair Pte. Ltd.'s Singapore office. He has an extensive background in litigation, and has demonstrated an ability to navigate complex issues faced by clients. His experience is marked by representing liquidators in claw-back actions, aiding creditors in their bid to recover from insolvent estates and assisting in the restructuring of debts. Most recently, Bryan acted for Antanium Resources on securing approval from creditors and the court for a scheme of arrangement; the scheme was the first in Singapore to include a class of insured creditors.
