Pedro Pablo Osman
is the managing partner of the firm and head of the Tax Department. His practice areas are taxation; tax litigation; corporate law; and mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring. His practice in taxation focuses on national and sub-national tax consulting, interpretation and application of international treaties, formulation and implementation of tax planning strategies, estate planning, and litigation before administrative and judicial authorities. He worked at Baker & McKenzie (Bogotá), Gómez-Pinzón Abogados, Zuleta & Partners Legal Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers before founding Osman & Rodríguez Abogados. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and a professor of tax law in various undergraduate, graduate and continuing education academic programmes.
