About Leonard S. Salis

Leonard S. Salis is a Brooklyn Law School graduate with over 28 years of legal experience, and has been a partner in Rosen Karol Salis, PLLC since 2010. Leonard has become an experienced business lawyer with extensive knowledge of franchise law and franchise-related matters, as well as contracts, business transactions, corporate law, real estate and dispute resolution. Leonard has also co-authored several franchise and real estate-related articles. In 2022–2024, Leonard was recognised with the award for Franchise Lawyer of the Year in the USA by ACQ5 Gamechangers TM Global Awards. In 2022, The Lawyer Network awarded Leonard with its Annual Awards Winner in three categories. Leonard also featured in Marquis Who’s Who Top Lawyers 2020–2021.
