About Richard L. Rosen

Richard L. Rosen is the founding member of Rosen Karol Salis, PLLC, and has been actively engaged in franchise and real estate law for over 40 years. Mr Rosen was Chairman of the American Association of Franchisees and Dealer’s Fair Franchising Standards Committee; received the AAFD’s Total Quality Franchising Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008 for his contributions to the field of franchising, and the Lifetime Achievement Award from Who’s Who in America in 2019; is a founding member and past Chairman of the Franchise Law Committee of the New York State Bar Association; and is a member of the Steering Committee of the National Franchise Mediation Program. Richard has frequently lectured on franchise and real estate topics before many groups and organisations, and is widely published.
