About Perrin Clark

Perrin Clark is a partner at Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP where his practice includes representing individuals, fiduciaries and closely held businesses in matters such as domestic and international estate and trust planning and administration, charitable planning, and business structuring, governance and succession. Perrin has extensive experience representing clients in connection with the administration of complex estates and trusts. Prior to joining YDK, Perrin served as an executive director and trust counsel for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Perrin graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University before earning his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law.
