Cathryn Minors
joined Walkers' Bermuda office in 2022, and is a senior associate in the corporate, finance, funds and insurance group. Her practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law, and she has particular experience in corporate reorganisations, finance, securitisations and advising on Bermuda law aspects of transactions for both local and exempted companies. Cathryn also advises on (re)insurance regulatory and transactional matters.
