About Nicholas Howard

Nicholas Howard is a senior associate in the insolvency and dispute resolution group at Walkers in Bermuda. He advises clients and appears before Bermuda courts and tribunals on cross-border commercial, employment and regulatory matters. He has represented clients in private and public disputes, including regulatory applications and winding-up petitions, corporate governance and shareholder disputes and judicial reviews. Nick regularly appears in arbitrations and mediations, and undertakes negotiations on behalf of employers and employees. He also assists with sensitive independent investigations in employment and regulatory matters.
