About Steven White

Steven White is a partner in Walkers’ Bermuda insolvency and dispute resolution practice and local head of the trust disputes team. He is a barrister with over 20 years’ experience in the UK and Bermuda. He specialises in high-value commercial litigation, arbitration and enforcement actions, contentious insolvency and restructuring, and contentious and non-contentious trust matters. He is an INSOL fellow, a CIArb fellow and a member of the Chancery Bar Association, RISA and STEP Bermuda. He also sits as Deputy Chair of the Bermuda Human Rights Tribunal, which hears cases based upon Bermuda’s human rights and equalities legislation.
