About Emmanouil Apostolakis

Emmanouil Apostolakis joined Ovvadias S. Namias Law Firm in 2021 and is a senior associate practising in the areas of white-collar crime. He holds a PhD in Criminal Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he was awarded a scholarship from the State Scholarships Foundation. He holds an LLM from the University of Cologne in International Criminal Law and Criminology, and an LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he also completed his undergraduate studies. He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2018. Emmanouil is a lecturer in criminal law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
