About Emmanouil V. Apostolakis

Emmanouil V. Apostolakis is a senior associate at Ovvadias S. Namias Law Firm and has experience in cases relating to fraud, breach of trust, bribery, money laundering, extradition, mutual legal assistance and criminal internal investigations. He holds an LLM in International Criminal Law and Criminology from the University of Cologne, as well as an LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure and a PhD in Criminal Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (where he also completed his undergraduate studies). He is currently appointed lecturer in Criminal Law at the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2018.
