About Ovvadias S. Namias

Ovvadias S. Namias is managing partner of Ovvadias S. Namias Law Firm. He provides consulting services and in-court assistance in criminal cases of fraud, bribery, tax evasion, customs office offences, stock-exchange offences, insider trading, market abuse, legalisation of profits from illegal activities, and personal data, as well as in cases of European criminal law, extradition and mutual legal assistance. Active in the field of criminal internal investigations, Ovvadias also lectures regularly and is widely published. A member of the board of directors of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association from 2004 to 2022, Ovvadias is President of the General Assembly of the Jewish Community of Athens, and has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 1993.
