About Vasileios Petropoulos

Vasileios Petropoulos joined Ovvadias S. Namias Law Firm in 2010. He is a partner practising in the areas of white-collar crime (stock market law, stock exchange offences, insider trading, market abuse, breach of trust, fraud, money laundering, and tax criminal law), and also has experience in cross-border regulatory compliance and criminal internal investigations. He is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Vasileios has published monographs and many articles and participated in several legislative committees. He is fluent in German and English. Vasileios is a member of the board of directors of the Hellenic Association of Penal Law, a member of the drafting committee of the legal journal of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association and a member of the Patras Bar Association (2003).
