Adriano Antonietti is a Swiss-qualified attorney specialising in corporate, commercial and M&A transactions, especially within the luxury goods sector. He has significant regulatory expertise, having served as an expert for the Swiss financial regulator (FINMA) in supervisory and enforcement procedures and defending banks in disputes. Adriano regularly advises financial institutions and funds on regulatory matters, such as drafting contractual agreements and client documentation. He co-leads the Walder Wyss team managing the court-ordered liquidation of a Swiss bank by FINMA. Fluent in four languages, he is admitted to practice across Switzerland.
