About Patrick W. Vogel

Patrick W. Vogel is a partner at Walder Wyss, in the banking and finance and M&A groups in Geneva. He advises Swiss and international financial institutions on banking and financial regulatory matters, as well as on complex cross-border M&A transactions involving regulated banks and FINMA approval processes. Patrick has acted on several landmark transactions for the J. Safra Sarasin group and other leading financial institutions. He is admitted to the Bars of Switzerland and New York. Patrick holds law and economics degrees from the Universities of Geneva and Lausanne (HEC), and an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law.
