About Ana Crnković

Ana Crnković is a founding partner of Buterin & Partneri with over two decades’ experience. She began her career at Hanžeković & Radaković, where she rose to partner in 2008, and holds a law degree from the University of Zagreb. Specialising in employment law, she negotiates employment and managerial contracts, designs work rules and internal regulations, and structures redundancy support plans and employee incentive schemes. She is an experienced hand at the collective bargaining table and appears for clients in both individual and collective employment disputes. Her wider practice spans day-to-day corporate advisory work in the food and agricultural sector, where she has advised producers and distributors over many years.
