About Jelena Lučić-Nöthig

Jelena Lučić-Nöthig is a partner at Buterin & Partneri and her practice covers banking and finance, corporate and contract law, civil law and regulated industries. Alongside private practice she has held senior in-house roles in the credit card and leasing sectors, latterly as head of legal affairs, compliance and the management board office of a leasing institution, which informs her advice on consumer lending, regulatory compliance and data protection. She has advised on capital markets transactions including the early privatisation offerings of Croatian state-owned companies, and acts on M&A and restructuring mandates and in commercial and investment arbitration.
