About Ozren Kobsa

Ozren Kobsa has more than 15 years' experience advising leading national and international financial institutions and corporations on transactional and regulatory matters. He acts for lenders and borrowers on domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional financings, and advises on EU-level regulation in banking, finance, netting, derivatives, capital markets and fintech. He participated in the drafting of the Croatian Covered Bonds Act and the Compulsory Liquidation of Credit Institutions Act, and is the author of the Croatian ISDA netting and collateral legal opinions. He previously practised at leading Croatian and regional firms, served as legal counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and was a partner at a Big Four legal practice.
