About Marko Paulinović

Marko Paulinović has extensive experience representing domestic and international clients, particularly credit institutions. He advises on complex NPL transactions and claims collection, and he represents clients in high-value litigation and arbitration. Marko also provides comprehensive legal support in real estate matters – from acquisition and financing to lease and property management – with a strong focus on works contracts and FIDIC-based projects. His practice further includes advising on public procurement issues. Marko has been a Partner at Buterin & Partners since 2022.
