About Claire Tucker

Claire Tucker is a partner in the corporate department of the Johannesburg office and heads the firm’s public law and regulatory practice in South Africa. She specialises in energy-related matters, especially procurement and government contracting aspects, but is also experienced in broad-based black economic empowerment in South Africa, as well as environmental and regulatory law in a wide variety of areas, particularly energy, mining, oil and gas, transport and health and safety. Claire is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces and the Johannesburg Attorneys Association, both of which apply to her legal practice, including her practice of public procurement law.
