About Miguel Miranda

Miguel Miranda is managing partner at PRA and head of the competition and EU team. He is highly experienced in merger review processes, cartel investigations, and related litigation. Miguel is a member of the Competition Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce, of the Private Enforcement Task Force – ICC (Paris), and of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA). He is an arbitrator of the Commercial Arbitration Centre of the Commercial Arbitration Institute (Lisbon Commercial Association – Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Porto Commercial Association and Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
