About Haruya Suzuki

Haruya Suzuki practises in the areas of domestic and cross-border M&A and start-up investments, general corporate matters, employment, insolvency, compliance matters and dispute resolution. Haruya started his career at a law firm specialising in insolvency and dispute resolution matters, and before joining southgate, he was a partner at a boutique domestic law firm where he focused on employment and compliance matters. Haruya currently serves as a bankruptcy trustee at the Tokyo District Court.
